The printed drawing shows: Intake, Records, Security, Corridor B,
Observation 1-3, Staff, Communications, Cold Store B, Stairwell.

Below the stairwell the drawing shows a single unnamed rectangle with no door.
The title block calls it PLANT.

Pencilled over the top, in a hand that is not a draughtsman's, a route runs from
Records along Corridor B to the Staff room and stops at the stairwell. Beside it:

        NOT THIS WAY AFTER DARK

and, smaller, further down, near the unnamed rectangle:

        it has a door now
